( it's been a few days since the aurora event, but, Matt needed a bit of recuperating time. he spent a lot of time with a treeby in the cold, ok... anyway, he found something, or rather, was given something... and he figures he might not be the only one.

so here he is. )

During the aurora, someone gave me something. I don't know who it was, but it was a memory. And I think it was from Beacon before things went dark. Strangely, it's just audio, I've shared it with someone else and they can't see anything, either, but... you can hear a conversation just fine.

( Matt's bestie Cao Pi has warned him against being too direct on the network, so, he won't be, but... )

Did anyone else find something similar? We might be able to put the pieces together if we share what we know.

• Welcome to spring! It's been a long winter for those of you who like warmer weather, but there's still enough of a chill in the air to enjoy things like hot chocolate and curling up under a blanket. Take the time to enjoy before spring hits full force.


• I kind of like the rain, you know? I hope you do too, or at least don't mind it. Stay dry? Or at least try and invest in hats or something. Umbrellas. Whichever. But hey, if you check out the Weather Station, you can at least see when it'll end. And maybe plan for if another long few days of rain are upcoming.


• The spirits are super big on their masks-- it's just a thing with them.


• Is that a jailhouse? It looks neat, whatever it is.

classifieds

• Combat training held weekly on Wednesday and Friday from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Emphasis will be given to hand-to-hand combat, dagger fighting, and swordsmanship. Anyone from beginners to experts are welcome. If interested, meet at the rec center gymnasium and wear appropriate attire. Questions or inquiries may be addressed to Javert.


• There will be one meal a day on weekdays served at the inn at dinner time. The meal rotation will vary depending on ingredients but will be as kosher as possible. If you wish to assist in cooking or have any questions, contact Miriam Maisel.
