Greetings,

My name is [It's a struggle getting used to typing the correct name here despite the reassuring network usename.] Minimus Ambus. If you have witnessed a large mechanical life form near the ferry today, you would have seen me. I have briefly gone through the buildings near the bonfire, but many appear to be occupied or otherwise not meeting my standards.

To those who have resided here for longer than I have: where are the cleanest residences? I require little, simply a flat surface on which to recharge and storage space. The current state of the room is not a barrier, considering the state of many things in Beacon, but I must be able to maintain it well and frequently.

you could try the landmark? it's about an hour away from the bonfire by foot but if you're a bigger person i bet you could get there faster. some people here found it a month ago so it's not like anyone's been there for a while.

I'm afraid you are mistaken. Mechanical lifeforms do not require fabrics that conform to our frames, rather regular and rigid structures on which we can rest easily. As all of you, I prefer a private area into which I can rest and review my work.

wait it's six i have a couple of friends on the penthouse floor it's six
the concierge is really nice he gives out keys for free and you can move in anywhere you like

i set up a couple of torches along the path from the harbor to the Landmark
once you get off the ferry, take a right at the church and follow that path
you'll know you're heading the right way if you see the lighthouse on the lake to your right
