hey
so has anyone else noticed that their magic is all fucked up?
if you're not used to magic it'd be sweet if we could skip past the whole disbelief and shock part of this convo
i'm a wizard and it's cool as hell and i don't have a big white beard and now we're moving on
anyway my point is, nothing but the bonfire and lanterns seems to be casting any light
i figured maybe the darkness here was caused by a spell, but i have fire and light spells that are supposed to work anyway and they're not
so i guess my question is if anyone has spells or magic that are actually casting light
everything else i've tried casting has worked fine

it's okay
you don't have to write these like letters
it's more like we're passing notes in class, you know?
and yeah, we've got king arthur in my world
magic can take all sorts of forms
most of the spells i know are like, combat based, but i know people who heal with magic or can turn into animals or
pretty much anything you can think of
i saw the demonstration but i thought
i don't know
i wanted to make sure it wasn't a trick i guess

also, there's a mild downturn to one corner of his mouth when she says combat, because ain't a soul alive that learns the need of it any easy way, but he ain't gonna say as much. she don't seem like a gal who'd want sympathy of that sort.
instead: )
Ah... I'll try and ease up some, then.
Is this better?
Can anyone learn magic? Or do you need a propensity for it to start?
And why might you think it's a trick?
Thank you.
