Before you all go running off around town now that things are quieter:

The Tunnel of Love at the amusement park is the crocodile spirits' new territory. They were moved there as a compromise so you can all access the shopping center safely. Ride at your own risk.

Shopping center's still flooded. Burst pipe at the aquarium in some kind of camping supplies shop. Might want to bring some plumbing tools to fix it and drain the water, we didn't have anything on hand. Should be safe now though, just wet.

It would freeze solid and I could shatter it, but it would break anything that's caught in the water as well. So items on the floor might be destroyed. I'll go take a look and see if that's plausible, I might not be able to get to it.

Fair enough. It would be nice to not cause additional damage if we can avoid it.

It'd be safer to drain it somehow. But we have to work with what we have which can lead to unorthodox plans.

Anything of interest at the rest of the shopping center? I have not been down there since we were at the hotel.

Saw more options for clothes and hats, which is nice. Some tools that go with the tablets too, like a pen for writing on the screen instead of using a finger. Really helpful.

A stylus? That would be incredibly useful.

I should probably investigate beyond my patrol routes, I've become too mired in routine I think.

Wouldn't hurt to make a little time for it. There's a lot to the downtown area I still haven't fully checked out, myself. We could go get a beer at that brewery and have a walk, see what we've overlooked.

You're doing more than most to learn this place.

I can make time. I have to take it easy while I'm recovering, I guess, but maybe in a week or so I'll be good to go.
