Alright, then you need to focus on getting their body warm first. Focus on the layers and any extra blankets.
Make sure they're away from any wind or dampness.

You've put them on a couch or a bed, right?

How long have they been unconscious for?

It measures body temperature. The typical range for a human is 97.7 - 99.9 °F, or 36.5–37.5 °C.

Anything outside of those ranges and you've got something to watch out for.
