[Why are you people being so unhelpful. Someone might actually have hypothermia, here. The MCU world's foremost expert on being frozen, to the rescue.]
Get person out of cold clothes. Get them into warm clothes. Yours, if you can, since they will be warm with your body heat. Wrap in blankets on a bed or chair, off the floor. Limbs curled in towards center of mass. Near a fire if you can make one catch or have a spell for that. Warm drinks if they can drink. Lukewarm water bath (not hot) if they can't drink. Share the blankets with person to share body heat.
[Most of that... was not applicable to cryofreeze. But they know it anyway, apparently. Useful.]

[ But maybe a torch... there's at least one around here, he knows. ]
How do I wake them up?

Worry about warm first. Then waking up. Are they inside? Can you get them inside if they aren't?
[If the person is outside, be prepared for an instant "where are you" cuz the Soldier is not letting somebody freeze to death outside.]

Inside already

[A pause, then a second text:]
High chance that warming will result in waking. Brain slows down to conserve heat in main organs.
