[Luckily Goro was able to find some clothing when he had first arrived, but it would probably be best to think about trying to find more. More specifically, warming clothing for the weather.]
Where would a guy go to find some more clothing? I've already checked the general store, but I was hoping to find something warmer if at all possible.
[At least something besides what he arrived in.]
Oh. I guess I haven't introduced myself yet. My name is Goro Akechi. I used to be a detective back home, so if you need my services, feel free to contact me whenever.
Nearby The Invincible;
[Somewhat nearby The Invincible somewhere that's not directly in view, Akechi can be seen with his lantern sitting nearby. He hadn't really tried it immediately upon arriving, but he was wondering about his Personas. It looks like he was on a cell phone, but it was really hard to see in considering the light seems to stop working since coming here. He hadn't had much use for it now, but with the help of the lantern, he navigated the smart phone (that wasn't so smart anymore). More so out of curiosity that the MetaNav could possibly work. He really doubted the Metaverse existed here, but it was worth a shot. After a few tries and "Location not found", he gave up on it, shoving his phone in his pocket. It was likely going to be useless here, but he'd tested what he wanted from it.
That did leave another question for him though. Did his Personas work here if the Metaverse most likely didn't exist here? With the MetaNav being all but useless, his curiosity wasn't quite sated. So shortly after checking his phone, he took a moment to test a theory. If you're close enough nearby, you might notice a faint glow of a giant creature. It's not visable if you're far enough away due to the eternal darkness, but if you're close enough it'll be standing behind Akechi. You'll also probably notice that his appearance has become significantly more regal looking, complete with a long, red pointed mask on.
Glancing off to the side and then to his gloved hand...]
Huh... That's intriguing. So the Metaverse most likely doesn't exist here, but I can still use Robin Hood.
[He's not talking to anyone in particular. In fact, he probably doesn't even notice any onlookers nearby. Feel free to bug him.]

the invincible
[. . . ha. that brings back memories]
[Akira stands with his arms folded and his shoulder resting against one wall of the Invincible, his own lantern resting on the ground near his feet. when he speaks, his tone is casual]
What about Loki?
I swear I'll go to sleep soon. I got distracted again.
I don't know. I.... haven't tried Loki yet.
[Mostly because his last few moments were still burned in his memory. Maybe it was hesitance to try Loki right away. Glancing to him now though...]
If Robin Hood was able to be summoned, Loki will no doubt be able to be summoned as well.
IT'S OKAY real life kicked my butt the past few days, oof
Yeah. Probably.
[Akira pushes away from the wall, dipping his hands into his pockets to take a few steps towards Akechi]
. . . are you afraid to try?
[summoning Loki, he means]
I understand! Welcome back~
Afraid? No. It's... for other reasons.
[Deep down he might have been a little bit, but more than that, he was just a sore loser trying not to rub salt in his wounds any further. The fact that Loki was still fresh in his mind when he died, well.... It was a more of a pride thing. All of those disgusted feelings he had about how stupid he was. Loki -- himself -- was not Goro's downfall, but it was definitely a cause.]

At least it's fair to assume you'll have him when you need him.
[he lifts a hand, tapping his fingers against his temple]
Arsene is still with me, too. Right here.

[For how it sounds, things get dangerous here, so he probably will.]

You're not afraid of your skills rusting between now and the next time you need them?
["them" being both of Akechi's Personas, of course. you lose the skills you don't practice, after all]
no subject
[Goro is pretty confident that losing his skills are unlikely. Akira is a formidable foe, but Goro wasn't exactly easy to defeat either.]

[Okay, well, there may have been a lot of behind-the-scenes work here, but he doesn't need to know that.]

But there are also many secrets kept by those who were here long before most. If you are as good as you claim, I trust you will discover them.

With the exception of @:regina offering to make clothes, all we've got is the store, sorry.

You got any other questions about this place? I can't promise I've got the answers but I have been here a little while so there's a loose chance I can answer some things.

Let's just say that if no-one had been lost, there'd be approximately a third more the number of people here.
Oh, and then most recently, everyone was subject to visual and auditory hallucinations.

I see... I was told worse things can happen here, despite this being an afterlife of sorts... So you can die again after having died initially...
[But that next part was alarming and definitely something to look out for.]
Visual and auditory hallucinations.... How frequent did they happen?
