I also spotted a giant spirit in the woods around the museum. Try not to get killed by it.

No. That, he told me directly. I had asked whether he could tell me how we managed to draw the ire of the other spirits some months ago, and also if he knew anything of the World Eaters.

The response was not unkind, but not particularly useful. I wish you all the more luck in a correspondence with him.

You know if you want to write letters you can actually do that?

We might need them to get involved.
They live in one of the few places where you can exist without light being seen from the surface.
I'm not really the best person for that job.
Would you willing to keep trying to befriend them?

Yes, I do prefer it.

And I will continue trying, though it may take some time to convince them. He is the only one I know who knows English. The Librarian knows only rudimentary words.

I myself am attempting to learn their language, though it is slow going. I believe they have a wealth of knowledge of this place, though the Church spirit suggested I consult with Rastus for questioning.

Perhaps I shall. Has anyone already, incidentally?

I've been talking to Will, mostly. Never thought to ask Rastus.
You know it is possible that the spirit isn't a spirit at all.
A lot of people have a sweet tooth.
Might not hurt to ask the librarian about the church dweller if you can.
Once you get enough of a grasp of the language.
