Heyyy everybody. I'm the LH Keeper. I know you guys probably got some questions for me but like sit tight first OK? I promise I'll answer eeeeverything you wanna know in just a sec. There's a couple things I wanna say.

The first one being, hi! I'm Robin. It's SO good to finally get to chat with you all, like jeez I've been hella bored over here. That party you guys just put on looked really fun. :( I'm sad I missed it! But that's kinda how it goes when you're the Keeper. Rastus said there's been a lot of talk about like fulfilling our roles and stuff, and this is mine! I'm in the lighthouse because it let's me do a bunch of stuff to manage the town and help keep the world safe, but it means I'm stuck out here all by myself and I don't get to do the fun stuff I want to do sometimes. Which is why I'm so so SO happy that you guys and gals got me hooked up to the network again! Thank you so much!!! ❤❤❤

Oh right, and you guys have had a lot of questions about what I'm protecting the town from, haven't you? Me and Will talked and he's super sure it's best if HE gives you the skinny on all that since he said he would and he wants to make good on his promise, you feel? So he's gonna do that after the ferry gets here so all the new people can get the info too. Sound good? Sorry you gotta wait just a liiiittle bit longer but there's something else I think we should talk about first...

The forest spirits are still reporting the numbers so I don't know exactly how many we're up to yet but... A lot of people went missing and probably died from how things went down after the party. I'll put all the names in the next bulletin (sorry I didn't do one this week btw! things have been kinda crazy...) but if you want to ask about your friends and stuff in the meantime, I'll do my best to tell you what I know. Maybe some of them will come back? We just have to wait and see.

But... you guys probably saw this in that post Rosinante and Riku and Peter did, but just in case you didn't: Captain Winters died, and so did Five. I didn't see what happened exactly but I saw the spirits starting to come for them all and I tried to stop them but they didn't listen. They get really angry about people coming to the lighthouse or me trying to leave, even the ones that are usually really nice.

I hope they'll both come back but I don't know if they will, so, just in case... Winters would want you all to take care of the town for him and move on you know? He won't be around when the ferry comes so make sure you all fill the new people in on what's happened and how to survive here. All that really important stuff he's been telling people is up to you guys to spread around now.

*BIG SIGH* OK WELL I don't want to end on that super negative note but now I'm all sad sooo ask me questions and stuff, and Will will tell everyone about what I'm keeping the town safe from real soon. It really is nice to meet you all!!

We don't know anything about you or this place. It's hard to trust the unknown.

As far as we can tell, you have the most authority. If you didn't, how did we get here?

Hmm. YKW, that's a good point! I really do want to change that, though. Like, to clear things up. Shed some light, so to speak.

I do have the most authority, technically speaking. My job is to oversee and protect the town, and it doesn't get much higher than that. I control the resets, I have some pull over the forest spirits, and I can get stuff for the ferry Amazon Prime style.

But the only reason I can do all that stuff is because I have the tools for it up here! The lighthouse is built to do all that, and I just happen to be in the captain's chair at the moment. I wish I knew more about how all this stuff worked, but I didn't build it. I just inherited it.

So, like, same with the portal thing that pulls people in. I don't really know what it is! All I do know is that it sucks in random dead people from a whole bunch of different worlds, and it does this once a month. It never pulls in anyone or anything living. I can sooooort of angle it to get stuff for you guys, like you wanted those knives last month? But the aim is wonky, and it deffo doesn't work on... souls or whatever you want to call what we are.

LOL it's not important. I just mean I can yank in some items from across the multiverse. Like special ordering.

Yeah, it is! And you're welcome! Being dead sucks enough, so why be dead AND bored? And hungry and unarmed and yadda yadda. May as well try to bring in some comforts from "home".

I could, but that would really, really suck. :/ I know what it's like to be booooooored. And without supplies. It's not fun, to put it lightly.

Rastus is kind of like the town manager? So going through him works great. I know he likes doing the job too, lol. And he's good at it!

Oh man, good question. Longer than me, and it seemed like he'd been here forever when I got here... You'll have to ask him yourself, I guess.

Sure has. I think like a hundred years or so? Don't quote me on that exact number, but somewhere in that general area.

Has anyone been around longer than Rastus or you?

Yeah. There's a woman here that's from Beacon before it went dark. I think you guys will probably hear from her soon... she's pretty wary of introducing herself before she feels like she can trust a new group.

There's also one other person, I think, but I don't know much about them and I have NFI how to get in contact. :/

Two survivors? Do you know how they did it? Where are they if they aren't in the buildings with us?

How do they survive the resets, you mean? Well, the one I can't get in contact with is just too far beyond the borders of town for the forest spirits to be able to reach them. As for the woman, the forest spirits know to leave her alone.

I only know where(ish) the woman is, and she's in town! Just, like, not the part of town you guys have uncovered just yet. She's a ways out there, more toward the mountains.

Why do the spirits leave her alone? What makes her special?

[just a lil ooc note: rip i forgot the world eaters technically haven't come up yet at the time this thread is taking place, but i'm down to handwave and pretend they just picked this convo back up again after will's infodump about it.]

The World Eaters have never made it to our town. If they had, we wouldn't be here anymore. They're HUGE. And the forest spirits know to leave her alone because I tell them to!

Most of the time, yeah. Not always... If they get too riled, there's nothing I can do to stop them. :/

Do you know why they don't want us near the Lighthouse?

What made them panic so much?

Well, it's a couple of reasons. Mostly they want to protect me... You know, from anyone who might want to try and kill me, or something. Or damage the lighthouse. That'd be bad, too.

And they also want to make sure I stay put. If I up and bail, the lighthouse shuts down, and the whole town is screwed!

I don't think so. They DO sort of, like... revere it?
