[Minimus Ambus thrives in an orderly, scheduled environment. They had an information-sharing meeting one month, therefore they must host sessions regularly. For a medium-sized group, having everyone physically present is a feasible option.]

As it has been nearly a month since our previous meeting, we must plan for the next. To facilitate discussion, I have prepared an agenda for us to follow and prepare. This way, we will be able to discuss all relevant topics with the dedication they require. Unfortunately, without a slideshow application, I can only present information orally.

[It's for the benefit of everyone's sanity that he doesn't have access to Beacon PowerPoint. No one deserves to sit through slide after slide of graphs, tables, and numbers.]

I would assign five minutes for the roll call, with approximately one hour per discussion topic, those being locations, history, spirits, and future planning. This brings us to four hours of formal discussion plus additional time for post-meeting discussion. This should be enough time between meals.

That's asking for a lot of time from people. Four hours or more? A lot of the people here are more action-oriented.

To take an action, we must all be aware of our shared goals. I understand the urgency to achieve something, but I worked well when I ensured I had all information I could gather before a mission.

We are a large group, all conducting our own research. A team of experts leads to greater progress than an individual.
