Hello, fellow citizens of Beacon. It's me. Eliot. [ for however grandiose his tone remains, there's boredom lingering underneath. ]
We're getting to that time of the year, and I'm sure most of you still look lovely in the same clothing you arrived in, but without a doubt your sundresses and polos are not sufficient for the. Well. Gradually lowering and soon to be possibly freezing temperatures.
Of course, there's your choice of thrift shop clothing available in the general store, and far be it from me to keep you from popping tags and looking for a come up, but I've also perused the same clothing and. [ he hums and sighs. ]
If you'd like some winter clothing that fits you better and has been freshened up for your use, let me know. Let's get you clothed properly, mm?
[ there's a pause. a slow inhale, a soft puff. it seems he's smoking. ]
Anyway. Anyone here know A Christmas Carol? We have their permission to reuse their stage as we please, so long as we invite them to whatever we use it for. They showed us their own production, so I was thinking why not give back one of our own.

And you don't know how pleased I am to hear I'm not the only one who was a theater kid. What did you usually do?

( IT LITERALLY GRIEVES HIM TO SAY THIS THOUGH. )
Usually front of stage. For some reason they didn't have interest in my help for set design. ( WONDER WHY... he's joking, but it's only funny if Eliot recognizes this username as the resident blind dude. ) I'd take a role if you had one, or help out with something that doesn't require visual attention to detail.

[ honestly! like eliot could let anyone with a sense of professionalism to suffer in this place! ]
Did you ever do any musical work? [ blind poll! not that eliot has made the blind connection at all, but these are useful things to know for anyone with actual theater experience. ] I'm sure there will be plenty of decent roles to fill. Don't worry your pretty head.
[ he hopes it's a pretty head anyway. ]

Measurements can't be too hard, especially if you're planning on costuming your production. I wish I could be more help in that, but I might know someone that can.
( if Soldat has found his way around his sewing kit, anyway! )
Just chorus work, but I think I could make it work. Or I could play accompaniment if we have the production near the piano.
( he's a man of many talents, it's sad that all of them are so useless in Beacon! and just so you know, Eliot, his head is pretty. )
