[ Recent events are enough of a push to get him to do what he was waffling about, but that doesn't mean he likes having to be the bearer of any news, let alone the kind where he gives mildly hypocritical advice. ]
i know it hasn't even been a week but apparently people are already biting the dust again, so
hi, i'm nate, and enough people have asked me about this crap that i should probably have made this sooner. i've been to another world like this before, the whole "kidnapped population of different people, different places" thing, got the t-shirt, so i might be able to answer some questions people have
death probably isn't gonna stick here, but that doesn't mean you should be testing your luck since there's always some kind of price with these things.
seriously, don't be stupid.

the ones from that other world? no, no way. they don't have the juice for this kind of thing, and we weren't dead when we showed up there, so that's a new development
i DO think there's some kind of entity that's going to use the people here, though. whether it's like a battery or for something else, i don't know yet.

Assuming you buy the fact that we're all dead. Not saying I don't but memories can't always be trusted and what we were told by a couple of people who were waiting for us? Even less.
[ She subscribes to 'believe half of what you see and none of what you hear' ideology. ]
You think that's why the so-called resets? Couldn't draw enough power from one batch so they started again?

and possibly? we don't know enough about the mysterious lady in the lighthouse to really draw any good conclusions on that yet, but we're here for a reason and i doubt it's friendly

The two who met us? They're holding back. I just can't figure out what's motivating them yet. If anyone knows what's in store for us though, it's gonna be them.

It's the lanterns that are the problem. Can't see without em and can't say I trust anyone here enough to take care of mine for me yet. Not if the you break it you bite it rule is legit.

yeah, haven't met anyone yet i feel comfortable entrusting with my apparent lifeline yet, either. on top of the fact that we don't know what happens if we're away from it for too long, or if distance factors into it
