I'm not sure. It could refer to something else because... Something about this isn't right. [ daylight tries to explain his thought process on this: ] They're making use of military time here. So... 13:47 would be 01:47, while 15:32 would be 03:32.

If we apply the terms 'RISE' and 'SET' are assigned to a celestial body of this Earth - say, like, the sun for this example - it would then be 1:47 AM and 03:32 PM.

[ which is, in daylight's experience isn't when the sun comes up and down on his earth. ]
