It's a start...but it's only going to get us so far if we can't figure out how to bridge that difference in understanding. It isn't even really about the difference in language use, it's other stuff too -- fundamental stuff that they just might not relate to. It's like trying to get the gods to understand the feelings and desires of mortals. They have such a different level of existence that getting them to accept the consequences for their actions when it hurts or kills mortals is nearly impossible.
The only time I saw a god start to understand that was when one was forced to become mortal himself...

Return? I didn't go to sleep with the one's that ate from the feast. I passed out from exhaustion shortly after the spirits stopped attacking. Probably also from the broken arm...I've never had to deal with this without ambrosia to take the edge off and speed up the process.
