But today the habits surrounding text messages that can be sent and received in the blink of an eye has his ire--it's convenient, yes, but to him, it remains a craven way to communicate. It doesn't require a person to commit anything of themselves. You could start by explaining how it makes any sense for you to claim you know the whereabouts of a missing person but not want to show they're alive.
