I--well, I don't think a list of what people can do should be available for just anybody to go through? What if-- I mean, maybe not everyone wants people to know? Maybe someone might want to keep what they can do secret, or keep the knowledge to a limited few people?

Where I'm from? We weren't supposed to tell, uh, non-magical people about magic? Because that would make them want easy solutions to complicated problems? Or, well, something like that anyway. And-- and I'm not saying that that's wrong? A list with only one or two people knowing about it? About what's and who's on it.
